Christoph Ogiermann

Born 1967. He started composing by animation of Erwin Koch-Raphael. Since this time he is writing music.. In winter 1999/2000 he got his diploma as a composer in the Hochschule für Künste Bremen, studying with Younghi Pagh-Paan. Important musical and philosophical studies with Georges Nicolas Wolff and Nicolas Schalz.

He worked in the Archivio Luigi Nono in Venezia, he was Guest-composer in the Institut für Elektronische Musik at the university of Graz/Austria, Studio of electronic music of Technische Universität Berlin and Experimentalstudio of Heinrich-Strobel-Stiftung des SWR. 2005/06 half years stay to the Cité des Arts, Paris, Invitations for teaching to the Universities of Queretaro and Edinburgh. Co-founder of Improvisation-group "fünf" and KLANK.

He is member of collective artists association TONTO in Graz / Austria and Stock 11. He is curatot for the REM concerts of electronic music in the museum of contemporary art in Bremen, Germany.
